Vitroheat provides a truly flexible approach to the design, manufacture and sales of radiant heating elements for a range of applications. In addition to having developed a range of models, principally for the professional and commercial cooking appliance sector, we work with a range of customers within the household appliance and industrial process heating fields.

We place a strong emphasis on adapting or designing customized solutions to match our customers' exact requirements, whether the demand is for one unique heating element for a bespoke kitchen application or thousands off for a new counter-top cooking appliance. We have repeatedly demonstrated that we can turn new customer design requests into functional samples within four weeks and supplied first series production orders within eight weeks.

Customization enables integration of  heating element and appliance design. We can provide support and augment your design team using our own design resources.

The key enablers to our flexibility are partly our size, but more significantly, our integrated design and supply chain structure. We employ real time interchange of CAD, CAM , Bills of Materials  and Order Processing data between our design team, manufacturing partner and key suppliers.
